About Sole Purpose CK
Sole Purpose CK is a specialized mobile foot care service based in Chatham-Kent. Our primary focus is to deliver high quality foot care to clients in their homes. This innovative approach not only accommodates individuals with mobility challenges but also enhances the convenience and accessibility of foot care services. As we expand, we remain steadfast in our commitment to providing personalized and compassionate care that caters to the unique needs of each client, improving their overall well-being.
Our Mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality foot care to individuals across Chatham-Kent, ultimately improving their daily comfort and quality of life. We aim to elevate the standard of in-home foot care by focusing on the specific needs of our clients; ensuring that everyone can access the services they require without barriers.
Services
Comprehensive Initial Assessment
$75 (first visit only)
During your initial visit, an advanced foot care nurse will conduct a thorough assessment that will include:
- comprehensive health history
- skin integrity assessment
- addressing abnormalities like open wounds, infection or injury
- addressing pain and mobility concerns
- assessment of circulation and sensation
- evaluating footwear
- education on proper foot care practices
After assessment is complete, an action plan will be discussed and service will be provided based on client need.
Nursing Foot Care Service
$60 (subsequent visit)
Each subsequent visit will include foot care services that may consist of:
- addressing any changes from previous visits
- foot evaluation
- nail care; wash, trim, file and lotion
- thick nail, callus & corn reduction/removal
- ingrown nail care
- fungal nail care
- advocacy or referral to further community supports if required
Specialized Diabetic Foot Care Service
$60 (subsequent visit)
Specialized foot care tailored to our diabetic clients. This service includes:
- addressing any changes/concerns from previous visits
- foot evaluation
- nail care; wash, trim, file and lotion
- thick nail, callus & corn reduction/removal
- ingrown nail care
- fungal nail care
- focus on prevention, early intervention and education
- advocacy or referral to further community supports if required

It all started as a routine nacho get-together. As 2 long-time nursing friends who always have a lot to talk about, our conversation sparked a brilliant idea on this particular occasion! Between scoops of our favourite nacho cheese, we discussed our shared passion for entrepreneurship and how we could make a positive change in our community.
Amidst the laughter and salsa, the concept of a mobile foot care clinic was discussed and Sole Purpose CK was born!! As seasoned nurses with over 25 years of experience, we are thrilled to bring our passion and expertise into your home. Our experience not only brings a deep understanding of client care, but also a profound connection to the communities we serve.

I’m Jennah; a dedicated nurse with a passion for foot care. I have over a decade of hands-on experience in geriatric nursing, specializing in caring for patients with dementia and managing behavioral challenges. My expertise includes providing compassionate and effective care to the elderly population with complex needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
When I am not tending to my clients, I am a busy wife and Mom to 3 kids, a hockey enthusiast and I proudly raise chickens on our farm. My love of foot care goes hand in hand with my nurturing spirit, whether it be on the job or at home caring for my family and the farm. My extensive knowledge of this niche area of nursing makes me a well-rounded and compassionate nurse in my community.

Hi, I’m JoDee; a caring nurse with over a decade of experience in geriatric, community and mental health nursing. I am dedicated to making a positive impact in my client’s lives by providing considerate and specialized care tailored to their needs.
Beyond my dedication for nursing, I am the proud Mom to 2 fantastic kids and 2 fanatical Frenchies. Alongside my husband, I truly enjoy exploring the world and embarking on exciting travel adventures, which almost always includes a Metallica concert.
My commitment to community nursing is not only a profession, but a heartfelt calling that I embrace wholeheartedly.
